Rustic dining is always charming and mix-matched seating is so cute! Would love to eat here and have a toasty fire going.

tufted orange chair
This great orange tufted chair blends wonderfully with the orange and gold wallpaper. I am so in love with the glamourous velvet for the headboard, accent pillow and curtains. Don't be afraid to be bold with colours and fabrics in the bedroom!

IDS: opening night party
The opening night party at IDS was fun, interesting and full of fabulous décor and design ideas!
This beautiful art piece is named "Peacock" and was made from one piece of Dupont Corian. Fantastic!
Designed by UUfie
Hauser never fails to impress with its beautiful, traditional and Canadian craftsmanship.
The brushed gold on the chandelier and range hood from Bloomsbury Fine Cabinetry
is a very up to date and has an elegant look!
Karim Rashid was DJ'ing in "the cage" - he was so great!
Alfred Sung Outdoor had great patio furniture.
This room designed by Taylor Hannah is very fresh, exciting
and of course has this years colour - orange!
Great art piece by 18 Karat has cool grays and a few pops of orange!
I absolutely love this space! This water fall table would be great to have on you patio if you were living in an urban condo and missed "your home and native land" by the water. Make this your serenity.

Great pod for your pad!
Great rustic cargo containers are re-used as an urban "space".
Each cubical has a room decorated by a designer.
Continuing with the urban feel, the surrounding gardens are filled with vegetables and herbs
making this a very sustainable living environment.

IDS: white tulips & chandelier
Tonight is the opening party for the Toronto Interior Design Show. Of course, there is always lots of wonderful decor and design items to see. I came across the Living Lighting booth with a stunning chandelier with white tulips beneath it! Love this.

kelly wearstler dining room
I love the openness of this dining room and the shiny gold accents. The chairs look so comfy with a hint of retro and the objects on the table are real conversation starters! Kelly Wearstler has unique taste and everything she does is completely her own.

Curl up with a glass of wine and a great book on this chair and fabulous oversized ottoman. The unexpected soft touch of lilac really brings this white and gold room together. Completely elegant and understated.

awesome orange windows
Everything about this space is so unique and yet blends so nicely together. The painted orange window frames are such a fun and cheery idea! These are right on par with Pantone's colour of the year. The velvet tufted sofa, vintage Louis Vuitton suitcase and the gold elephant sculpture complete the space with personality.

white winter foyer
I am up in Collingwood this weekend and have entered into a winter wonderland. There is something about a white blanket of snow that makes my heart flutter. This crisp white foyer, fur shawl and rustic nature branches are all this room needs to feel like winter.

Exquisite marble ensuite with a Kelly Wearstler inspired golden hand and foot chair designed by Pedro Friedeberg. This room is almost liquid, you don't know where to look. Your eyes keep moving around the room.

Peaking out from under this beautiful lilac loveseat are orange boxes. I absolutely love these! So very hermès and a must have to store your treasures in.
holly golightly's chateau for sale
Breakfast at Tiffany's is a timeless classic due to many things such as - glamour, over-sized sunglasses, Audrey Hepburn, the large black hat and the little black dress.
Holly Golightly was a young New York socialite who was loved by all. It wasn't until I was older that I fully understood what her true "profession" was, I was so mesmerized by her grace and elegance. This stunning town home was put up on the market for $5.85 million just over a year ago. Please visit The New York Times for any inquiries.
