This office building was built in the 1920s by Sydney Smith, Off & Serpell and has recently been turned into the ultimate bachelor pad. Since it is heritage protected, Ljiljan Gazevic left the bones of this stunning place and filed it with the most high-end and sophisticated furnishings.
